As much as the world's and Europe's current COVID-19 situation doesn't look that optimistic at the moment, we want you to know that we constantly monitor its development and act accordingly to Croatian government measures and regulations for Your and our maximum safety.

first of all, we hope You and Your families are doing fine in these current chaotic and hard times. As much as the world's and Europe's current COVID-19 situation doesn't look that optimistic at the moment, we want you to know that we constantly monitor its development and act accordingly to Croatian government measures and regulations for Your and our maximum safety.
We still strongly believe this situation will not last for that long and that it will stabilize within some decent time, just before the start of Croatian high summer season.Therefore, we want to remind You that Asta Yachting is continuing to work hard and fully operational for You in order to find the most flexible and best alternative solutions on everyone's mutual satisfaction.
So, how does it look from our side?
Although our base in Sukošan is currently closed, our boats are fully prepared for the season, and we are waiting for some better and more flexible, sunny times when COVID-19 situation allows us to begin with our delayed charter season.
Our main focus now is being put on our booking office whose team is working from home and doing their best to save the bookings made for pre-season 2020. First of all, we would like to take care of all of you whose charter term embarkation is approaching soon, and the current situation, unfortunately, does not allow it. In order to help You keep this holiday reservation, we will count in Your advance payment as a 'credit note' for re-booking later in the season 2020 or the season 2021.
- If You have a booking scheduled between today and May 15th, we invite you to contact us and agree on rescheduling date as soon as possible. Once You decide on new dates, send us an email to update Your reservation and reschedule Your payment.
If You still don't know Your best alternative term, don't worry, the credit note is a guarantee, and You can contact us as soon as You make a decision. Please keep in mind that it's important to contact us before Your the start of original embarkation date so we can organize everything for Your arrival on time on our mutual satisfaction.
- If You have a booking scheduled after May 15th 2020, we kindly advise You to still wait for the final decision on the feasibility of Your booking. Depending on the evolution of the currently unpredictable situation with COVID-19, Your booking may be still maintained.
We take each case individually in order to make an alternative on Your and our mutual satisfaction, and we know it takes some time. At the moment, pre-season charters are our priority, and that's why we are kindly asking for Your patience and understanding.
Despite the uncertainty around an official date in which all normal charter activities will resume, an overwhelming majority of European and Croatian professional boat rental companies are doing their best to make the current situation as easier as they can on everyone's mutual satisfaction, by offering mentioned 'credit note' as a re-booking guarantee to the clients.
Renters are still continuing to look for boats, for example at later dates like in August or September. And if You have not already done so, You can decide to book Your new charter under the safest possible flexible conditions.
